Some of you may know us from our market stalls dotted around London. We have been mainstays at Borough Market, Kings Cross and Herne Hill Market for quite some time now, but we are always looking to visit new parts of town and to spread the British Charcuterie word. One of our relatively recent additions to the range of markets is Well Street Market in Hackney.
Situated in South Hackney, Well Street Market is a market combining not only artisanal food produce but also street food, fashion, design and live music. It’s a vibrant community market that runs every Saturday from 10am – 4pm and we’re delighted to be involved.
As with all of our market stalls, we stock a wide range of artisanal British salamis from our selected producers from all over the UK. We have our bestselling venison chorizo from Scotland, wild boar and caraway salami from Gloucestershire and blood, wine and chocolate salami from South Wales. Alongside our salami options, we also have great snacks such as biltong from Worcestershire and beef jerky from Norfolk. If you fancy whipping up a carbonara, we also have rare-breed pancetta on offer. Our friendly staff are always happy to guide you through the range and offer you a taste, so say hello!
