Ethical Cornish rose veal, Cumberland-Sausage-y! Veal is a naturally delicately flavoured and lean meat and they add a little free range traditional pork back fat so that it has enough fat content to be made into salami. The herb mixture they use for this is very similar to that used in a traditional Cumberland style British pork sausage.

Made with 105g veal and 35g pork per 100g finished product.
Made in Wales using English Veal and British Pork.


Store in refrigerator upon receipt. Once opened, keep refrigerated and eat within 1 day of opening.
