This collection showcases a range of fine and intensely moreish cured meats from the length and breadth of the UK.  And all presented in an extremely natty stripy tin!

  • Cannon & Cannon selects range: English Coppa with Rare Breed Pork (60g): Made by Cornish Charcuterie near Bude, this artisan Cornish Coppa is a delicious cured cut prepared from the shoulder and nape of farm reared Lop pigs.  Beautifully seasoned, cured and matured for 4 months, this is well worth the wait.
  • Cannon & Cannon selects range: English Biltong with Chilli (35g): The wonderful people at BigHorn Biltong in Worcestershire are making some seriously premium beefy snacks! Their beef has been reared in a totally free-range and stress-free environment, feeding on grass, hay and silage, and so produces a meat that is not only succulent but also full of flavour.
  • Highland Charcuterie Pork rillette (160g): Made in the Highlands of Scotland.
  • Lishman’s Nduja (140g): Made in Ilkley in Yorkshire. Pronounced un-doo-yah (although a lot of us like to call it Nudger too!) this is a soft spreading salami with Italian origins. It is seriously spicy; seasoned with cayenne pepper and chilli and has a wonderful melting quality.
  • Beersticks (6): The famous Moons Green beerstick is a cracking snacking salami that partners beautifully with a cool glass of beer, and has a great kick of Malawian chilli, and a hint of garlic and paprika.

Ready to eat sliced, cured and air dried Cornish Pork nape.
Ingredients: Cornish Lop Pork, Salt, Black Pepper, Sugar, Preservative (Sodium Nitrite).
Made with 140g of pork per 100g finished product.
Store in refrigerator upon receipt. Once opened, keep refrigerated and eat within 1 day of opening.

Limpopo Butcher’s Choice Biltong 50g
Ready to eat marinated and air dried beef with spices.
Ingredients: Beef, Sea Salt, Herbs & Spices (CELERY), Garlic Powder, Malt Vinegar (BARLEY), Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Potassium Disulphite), Worcestershire Sauce (BARLEY, Molasses, ANCHOVIES (FISH), Garlic), Sugar, Sucrose, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate). May contain MILK, EGG, SOY, WHEAT (GLUTEN).

Highland Charcuterie Pork Rillette 160g
Slow cooked potted pork.
Ingredients: Pork, Pork Fat, Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic, Rosemary, Preservative (E250).
Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and eat within 1 week.

Lishman's Nduja 140g.
Spicy spreadable ready to eat sausage made with pork and chilli.
Ingredients: Yorkshire Pork, Chilli Powder (9%), Paprika (9%), Curing Salts, Preservative (E250).
Made with 109g meat per 100g finished product.
Best stored refrigerated upon receipt. Once opened, consume within 24 hours.

Moons Green Beersticks x 6 pieces
Ready to eat cured, air dried pork salami stick with spices.
Ingredients: British Pork Leg, Sea Salt, Hot Paprika, Dextrose, Salt, Chillies, White Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Coriander, Preservatives (E252, E250).
Made with 200g pork per 100g finished product. Filled into edible natural Spanish pork casing.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, eat within 10 days.
