James Swift runs Trealy Farm Charcuterie with John Standerwick, Caroline Davies, Rafal Gongola and Ottilie Standerwick. Along with Suffolk Salami, Trealy is one of the longer established artisanal cured meat businesses in Britain.
James is passionate about animal welfare, and deeply knowledgeable about charcuterie. So we’re delighted to distribute their products to our customers. Among other things, smoked duck breast, veal, lemon and thyme and lamb merguez salamis, pancetta and chilli spiced bresaola go down a treat.
Trealy products are primarily for our wholesale clients, but some salamis sneak on to the stall and online shop from time to time.
