John Doig is the Founder and Commander in Chief at Moons Green. They’re one of our longest standing suppliers and send us mountains of their beautiful product each week. John’s influenced by French tradition, so we enjoy a number of different ‘saucisson’ including their famed Wild Fennel & Garlic Saucisson and their Mushroom & Truffle version. He’s not beholden to those ways, though. Which is a good thing, because if he were, we (and you) wouldn’t get to enjoy his world famous, Malawian chili fired ‘beer sticks’ and spicy ‘nduja. John is a talented charcutier who draws on a lifetime of food and drink expertise to create products of distinction.
