We discovered Lishmans charcuterie during the early rounds of judging at the British Cured Meat Awards 2018 and have since built up a significant amount of trade. We love their ethos and we are proud to represent such a talented charcutier in the North of England.
Lishman’s is one of the UK’s finest independent butchers and we are nestled on Leeds Road, the main road running through Ilkley. Established for over 30 years by David Lishman, he now works closely with daughter Emma and a dedicated team to run their business, famed for their pork products, pies and home-made salami.
Lishmans have recently received significant recognition for their Salamis and Cured Meats. Using only the best outdoor –reared Yorkshire Pork and high quality ingredients, they have a delicious range of cured goods for your charcuterie board, including chorizo, frankfurters, salt beef, innovative salamis and a fantastic beef & red wine pepperoni.
