Cornish Charcuterie

Richard and Fionagh Harding are creating an inspiring artisan village on their farm near Bude, Cornwall – complete with baker, cheesemonger, and apple brandy distillery. At the heart of it is their Cornish Charcuterie business, which turns their own Lop pigs and Black Welsh Mountain sheep into beautiful charcuterie. Favourites of ours include the pork, cider and seaweed salami, Cornish chorizo and their delicious rilettes.
