Bighorn Biltong uses beef from only one herd of Longhorn cattle in the West Country. Created in the heart of the Worcestershire countryside by Simon Kennedy, his partner Carole and daughter Abi, Bighorn Biltong is a lean, carefully spiced and highly flavourful version of the famous South African snack.
BigHorn Biltong… wow… now there’s a name. The fun they must have had over the table laughing, squirming and generally giggling when coming up with this absolute belter! Their passion for starting with only the best ingredients though and that being rare breed British beef led them to the name which celebrates the Longhorn beef that they use.
