We distribute whole muscles, large and small salamis, sliced meats and air dried snacks. Our list includes numerous cured and dried pork sausages, air dried hams, bresaola style beef muscles, air dried venison and mutton, nduja, lardo, biltong, beer sticks, jerky … and more.

Because we work with a number of brilliant British producers, you can choose from a wide range of products and curing styles.
