There is an awful lot of wonderful things happening down in Norton Barton, near Bude, in beautiful Cornwall. Richard and Fionagh are baking, distilling and best of all for us, making superb cured meat! Farming the rarest of our rare breeds, the Lop, as well as amazing beef, Cornish Charcuterie are making big waves in the industry, and we are proud to represent them with this cracking collection:
