Private Events

We cater events and run private tasting evenings and butchery/curing classes for large groups.

We offer a number of different packages. Where appropriate, we bolster our brilliant meats with the very best of British ingredients from our close network of fine food producers around us at Borough Market.

We’re very flexible in what we can do. Options include:

  • Buffet-style catering for parties and weddings
  • Served platters of artisan charcuterie and cheeses
  • Tutored talk and tasting of artisan British cured meats  (+ wine/beer) in your venue or at ours
  • Private hands-on butchery and curing classes
  • Mini artisan market in your office, home or studio
  • Corporate days out at our Meat School facility in Borough Market including bespoke talks, tastings and classes
  • Bespoke charcuterie pairing and hands-on events for stag/hen dos, team building activities and Christmas parties

Thank you very much for a wonderful evening. Cannon & Cannon, Mikaela and Alex on the night, did a fantastic job with this corporate event for us and it was so well organised that all of us could sit back and enjoy the evening. The meat was great and the beer pairing was excellent with a lot of variety for everyone to enjoy. The platters from Borough Market also went down very well. I look forward to attending more events with you in future.

The event was thoroughly enjoyed by the whole team - you pitched it at just the right level with enough hands-on time and then the more relaxed tasting session. If you were to run it for us again, I don’t think there is anything I would particularly change.

We have since discussed whether any of our other clients would appreciate that kind of client entertainment – so if I can persuade any others, I will certainly be back in touch!

The charcuterie box we received for Christmas has almost gone. The quality of product and range of flavours absolutely fist class. It proves there is a skill set in the uk, not the preserve of our neighbours on the continent.

It was a brilliant addition to our Christmas table. We look forward to making further orders in the near future.

We’ve worked with Sean and his team a number of times, most recently for a wine tasting event in the Shard, for around 80 people.

Sean paired the food to the wine perfectly and his personable approach and enthusiasm for his products went down extremely well with the crowd. From an organisation perspective, working with Cannon & Cannon couldn’t be easier – with a simple brief leading to a perfectly executed evening. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services, particularly if you are looking for something far more interesting than the usual corporate caterer.

I just wanted to drop you a note to say how much I enjoyed the recent bacon course on Saturday 18th March.

The welcome bacon rolls, informal atmosphere, and very much hands on approach to the butchery etc. were excellent.

We enjoyed the fillet for dinner on Saturday, and I steeped the ribs in a sticky plum and chilli sauce overnight for dinner on Sunday evening.
