Meat + Wine Pairing

This series of tasting events runs on the first Thursday of every month and is hosted by a guest wine expert and Sean Cannon. Both will show their passion for drinking and eating well, and during the course of the evening they’ll pass on their enthusiasm and knowledge whilst matching different fine wines with a range of British cured meats and artisanal foods.
These are informal evenings, in which you will learn about the provenance of a range of intriguing wines, and hear the wonderful stories behind the cured meats we source from the length and breadth of the UK.
After the pairing we have on offer some very tasty platters of meat, cheese, pickles and breads/crackers, and a selection of further wines and beers are available for those who wish to extend the evening.
And on past form, many do! We promise you a very enjoyable and indulgent evening…
